Our expert Serenity Leaders will guide you through a variety of inclusive, mindful activities designed to energise the body, calm the mind and find peace in your soul.

Who can attend?

Our inclusive Serenity activities are suitable for most adults - but please check the Health Warnings and accessibility info below, before booking. You don’t need any previous experience as we welcome complete beginners along with those who may have tried similar activities before. Anyone can book, you don’t need to live in a specific area to take part.

What does it cost?

Please check the booking details for the various ticket options available and note the deadlines for certain offers. Thanks to funding from Durham AAP we are able to offer subsidised ticket prices for anyone needing financial assistance to take part without asking for reason or evidence from those needing support. You can book for more than one person and will be asked to provide the attendee’s name and email address in case of cancellation. Those requiring assistance to take part can book an accompanying carer ticket for free.

Morning, Afternoon or Full Day Tickets Available

Full and half day tickets are available. The morning session runs 10am - 1pm with 9.30am arrival. The afternoon session runs 2 - 5pm with 1.30pm arrival.

Please arrive in good time to register and settle in before you start. During each half day session there are two opportunities to choose the activities you prefer (subject to availability) along with full group activities. There’s also the option to take time out for yourself in our quiet room if you need a break or to prefer not to take part in either activity on offer.





In the morning there’s the option to try Mindful Movement & Meditation or Mindful Blossom Crafts along with West African Drumming or Creative Intention Setting.

The morning session ends with a Handpan Mini Sound Bath & Reflection. After lunch, the afternoon starts with a Mindful Woodland Walk & Forest Bathing or Creative Intention Setting followed by a full length Sound Bath or Mindful Blossom Crafts, wrapping up with an end of day reflection.

After booking, you will be sent an email with a link to confirm your activity preferences via an online form (first come, first served - some activities have limited places).
