"I lead 6 community choirs for a living, and when the country went into lockdown, all singing stopped. I had to learn pretty quickly how to be able to take the choirs online. 4/6 of the choirs I lead have been meeting weekly via Zoom ever since. It's been a wild ride for us all, but singing has been a constant, and support to many."

"LAUGHTER AND SMILES AND OF COURSE THE SINGING"

Our Story

Led by choir mistress and music enthusiast, Sinead Livingston, we started meeting online over lockdown.

In 2021 we moved sessions to the beautiful Langley Park Community Garden.

When restrictions were lifted, The Singing Elf helped fund moving indoors to The Miners Institute, just before temperatures dropped in September.

We're now independent of The Singing Elf.
