Cuppa & Natter from 7pm (plus tech support)
Rainbow Voices is a brand-new, online singing project filled with a colourful mix of uplifting songs. The 6-week project is hosted by Unity Choir, replacing our summer outreach programme, when we’d normally be out sharing our singing with our local community. Open to adults from across the UK & beyond, all are welcome even if you’ve never sung before or regularly sing with other choirs.
This project requires no ongoing commitment & singers can join any session which suits them. Pay as you feel during booking or at any point during the project via our donate page. Each session costs us £5 per singer to deliver, however we encourage you to pay as you are able during these difficult times.

Tuesdays 7.30 – 9pm | 3rd November - 15th December 2020 Cuppa & Natter from 7.15pm (plus tech support) What better way to sing in the festive season than with The Singing Elf? Vocal tutor Rebecca McGarvie will lead these relaxed singing workshops featuring music from favourite festive movies and adverts, as well as some timeless classic Christmas songs. Open to to adults from across the UK & beyond, with all levels of experience welcome - from seasoned carollers to beginners. Over the course of the sessions, we'll be singing TV and film favourites such as Walking in the Air (theme from The Snowman), Jingle Bell Rock and White Christmas, as well as fresh takes on well-loved carols and songs, including Carol of the Bells, Deck The Halls and a fantastic swing version of Jungle Bells. We'll even be throwing in some songs which have featured in famous Christmas TV ads, such as Somewhere Only We Know, The Power of Love and Elton John's Your Song. This project requires no ongoing commitment & singers can join any session which suits them. These weekly sessions on Tuesdays are free, although donations are very welcome. You choose if and what to donate. You can donate during booking, or at any point during the project via our Donate page. Some singers prefer to make one donation at the start, whilst others prefer to donate weekly - it's up to you. You can join in with the whole project or just drop into the sessions that work for you - we know that life needs to be flexible for us all right now. You'll be able to listen to recordings of any of the songs you miss in between sessions via our website. Funding from the Coronavirus Community Support Fund, distributed by The National Lottery Community Fund, has helped us to make this project possible. Thanks to the Government for making this possible.
