Pittington Family Photo Day

June 02, 2021

Wednesday 2nd June  9.30am - 3.30pm Pittington Village Hall Pittington Community Association is organising a Family Photoshoot at Pittington Village Hall with professional photographers Rose & Sons Photography. In the last year, many key milestones have been missed including births, birthdays and anniversaries. Now that restrictions have been eased, this event gives people in our local community the opportunity to capture an image of their family to treasure for years to come. Each family will be allocated a 10 minute time slot with the photographer between 9.30am and 3.30pm on Wednesday 2nd June. There is no limit to the amount of people in the photograph - children, parents, grandparents or friends are all welcome. Anyone can book to come along, you do not need to be a resident of Pittington. Places are limited, and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking Cost: £5 Booking Fee (Non-refundable, photos not included) Photograph Print Cost: Packages range from £13 to £33 (Paid after receipts of proofs) How it works

  1. Book your session: use this form to book your place ASAP. Places are first-come, first-served. We will ask how many people will be photographed and what times you are available to attend.
  2. Pay £5 booking fee: once your booking is confirmed this fee is non-refundable. The £5 booking fee helps to pay for the cost of opening the hall for the session but it does not pay for your photograph prints which are purchased separately.
  3. Time slot confirmation: Julie Brown from Pittington Community Association will contact you to confirm your allocated 10 minute time slot. If you need to reschedule given time slot, contact Julie immediately and all will be done to accommodate a change if possible.
  4. Attend the photoshoot: You will be asked to arrive 5 minutes before your time slot. Masks will be required to be worn at all times apart from when the photograph itself is being taken.
  5. Receive photo proofs: A few days after the photoshoot you will be emailed your proofs directly from the photographer
  6. Choose your prints: You will have 14 days to select which photo package you require. (Please see image attached). Any orders that are made after the 14 days will be subject to an additional £4.50 postage charge.
  7. Order & pay for your prints: You will order & pay directly with the photographer who can answer any queries you have.
  8. Collect your prints: Julie Brown will be in touch to invite you to collect your prints from a central location in Pittington. You can choose to have your prints posted directly to your home for an additional £4.50 postage charge.
