Tickets: £17.50, includes lunch. Tickets must be booked in advance. Please state any dietary or accessibility requirements during booking. Open to adults & accompanied young people aged 12+
Returning to Ushaw in Summer 2020!
Explore the unique spaces of Ushaw to discover it’s heritage, history & hospitality through singing. A fantastic new way to delve into the hidden treasures of one of County Durham’s most magnificent buildings. Adults and accompanied young people aged 12+ of all abilities are welcome at this singing day which includes a morning workshop led by The Singing Elf - Rebecca McGarvie, a delicious lunch in the grand Parlour and a singing tour of the building to experience the impressive acoustics & history of Ushaw.

Ushaw is a hidden treasure in the heart of County Durham, with a trove of stunning rooms, chapels and grounds to discover. The estate, which was formerly a college, opened its doors to the public in 2014 and is now a large cultural and heritage attraction which is fully accessible and open to all. Featuring programmes of music, exhibitions and tours along with sumptuous tea rooms, Ushaw is a jewel in Durham’s crown, just waiting to be explored.
