An inclusive way to experience all the benefits of yoga for mind, body and soul without getting on to the floor.

This ultra calming session will combine breath work, meditation and slow, gentle movement whilst seated to help you find your inner calm.

Ideal for those who might otherwise be unsure about trying out yoga.

More about Lynn & Roy- Our Inclusive Chair Yoga Session Leaders

Our expert Inclusive Chair Yoga tutors, Roy and Lynn, have been teaching yoga in the local community for 10 years.

They believe yoga is for everybody.

Their teaching is based on Dru yoga, a very therapeutic form of yoga which they adapt to help people with a wide-range of physical disabilities and health conditions to access and enjoy yoga.

Their seamless transition between gentle movement, breath and relaxation techniques will help you to escape to a place of tranquillity for a while. 

Suitable for most beginners, including those with limited mobility, health conditions, chronic pain, injury recovery and wheelchair users.
