At this difficult time we know that it’s more important than ever to have the chance to connect with others, lift our spirits and forget our troubles just for a short while. Just like our normal events, our online sessions offer laughter, escapism and friendship. You will be able to see and hear Rebecca & Rachael teaching you the songs and see other people singing along from home. Sing the Shows is an inclusive session aimed at singers of all ages, including children. It’s not possible to hear everyone singing together due to the time delay, so you’ll be able to sing your heart out without anyone else hearing. You’ll have full control of your sound & video so if you don’t want to be seen or heard you can just watch if you want to.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
This is a live digital session, you can log on from any location via any mobile device, laptop or computer with internet connection. It’s quick & easy to download the free Zoom app we will be using. Don’t worry if you’re not very techie - we’ll provide full instructions and guide you through the process. To take part you just need to be able to hear sound from your device, a camera to be seen and microphone to be heard. If you’re using a mobile device or laptop these are often built in features. We recommend wearing headphones if you can. You can find full instructions on how to use Zoom here

HOW DO I LOG ON?
Step One: Purchase your ticket here
Step Two: You’ll receive a ticket from our box office Ticket Source, you can ignore this email & you don’t need to print it!
Step Three: Approximately 30 minutes before the session starts you will receive an ‘Additional Information’ email from Ticket Source with the link to log in. (You may receive the reminder lots of times as tickets book on). The link will only work for the duration of the live session. When you click on the link the Zoom app will automatically download on a computer or laptop and if you’re on a phone you’ll be prompted to download it from your app store.

WHO CAN TAKE PART?
The session is open to singers of all ages, but children Under 18 MUST be accompanied on the call by an adult. The adult doesn’t need to be seen on camera, but must monitor their participation on the call. With this in mind we ask everyone to use appropriate language at all times and to be mindful of what can be seen or heard from your device. It’s worth letting others in your home know that you’re taking part in a live session so you don’t get interrupted.
