How to order an Activity Pack

Nominating a FREE pack
WHO can I nominate?
You can nominate anyone who is having a hard time right now and lives in the funded area. We will ask you to tell us why you've chosen to nominate that person so that we can report back to our funders but the person receiving the pack won't be told the reason.
You can choose to say you're nominating them because they:
- have been poorly with COVID
- have a chronic illness or disability
- have had a drop in income
- have had a bereavement recently
- help others in the community
- have helped or cared for me
- might be lonely
- need to keep the kids entertained
- might need cheering up
Nominated packs can only be sent to residents of funded areas of West Rainton & Leamside, High & Low Pittington, Littletown, Sherburn Hill, Sherburn Village and Shadforth.
HOW do I nominate?
Before you visit our shop to place your order & nominate a pack you'll need these details:
- Your name, address and email
- The full name and address of the person you are nominating. This address MUST be within our funded area, the system will not allow you to nominate a postcode that doesn't fall within the area. If you'd like to send a pack to someone outside the area you can gift a pack instead.
You'll have the option to make a donation if you wish to. The nominated packs are free, however donations will help us to continue our work when the funded has ended.

Nomination FAQs
Can I order more than one pack?
You can nominate one pack and order multiple gift packs on the same order. Our ordering system can only process one pack nomination in each basket. You can nominate as many times as you like (one pack per household), just put them on different orders. Our ordering system can only process one delivery address for gift packs in each basket. If you would like to gift packs to more than one address please put them on different orders. If you represent a community group, charity or organisation and would like to nominate more than 5 people, please email rebecca@thesingingelf.co.uk
Gifting a pack
WHO can receive a gift?
You can send a gift to ANYONE in the UK for the cost of £12 for 1 pack, £22 for 2 packs, or £10 per pack if you buy 3 or more (prices includes delivery). This could be because they are having a hard time right now, have a birthday coming up or you'd like to say thank you. To help us plan the contents of future packs we will ask you to tell us why you've chosen to send a gift that person but the person receiving the pack won't be told the reason.
